i had a bad experience with this boutique which i shall not state the name here . i bought this jacket that cost heaps just a few days back . but after buying it, i thought to myself, " i can never take care of this" refering to the previous times i spoil every single expensive thing that i own . so i check the receipt if i could exchange or refund . yeah, i know its unlikely for refunds but i was just trying my luck . and theeeeeeen, i saw this . "EXCHANGE AND REFUND WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE" so i went to the shop asking for a refund . i approach one of the sales person . BUT she told me, "ohh, we dont do refunds" . so i explain and showed her the receipt clearly stating the word "REFUND" . she took the jacket along with my receipt to another salesperson whom i assume an old timer or supervisor and she attended to me . and again i was told that there would be no refund , only exchanges or a voucher with the exact same price . so i told them in a very nice manner trying to not be like one of those fussy customers, saying, "okaaayy, maybe you would like to remove the word refund on the receipt . " and i was saying it with a smile . and NOT a sarcastic smile at all . so i walked around looking for items i could exchange it with . i was looking at atleast more then two items so i could match the price of the jacket . while walking around, the same sales person approach me saying, " i could help you exchange or refund . i just called my manager and he said ok . JUST DONT DO IT AGAIN NEXT TIME . " by then, the inside of me was literally on fire . at first, the receipt clearly stated refunds is possible but when i got there they said no refunds . if you dont do refunds, down effing state "exchange and REFUNDS within ten days of purchase" . another thing, the second sales person, it was obvious in her face that she was annoyed by me . like hello, i am afterall the customer (and no, im not trying to imply the customer is always right bull) and your workplace is the start of all this miscommunication, not ME . i let that pass too . and now, whats the thing about dont do it again next time ?! its not MY FAULT YOUR WORKPLACE STATE THINGS IN THE RECEIPT THAT ISNT TRUE ! its not like as if i still demanded a refund after you told me you dont do refunds . and, i did say that i would think about it first if i wanted an exchange or a voucher ! i was mad, but i didnt say anything of the above . i still put up a smile and told her i would prefer a refund . and all the while she served me, she was giving me the attitude . i let it go, collected my money and walked off . gtg, batt's dying . bye

This blog is soooooo dusty . its either i'm busy or i just couldnt be bothered to update . National Day was a blast . went out with baby to Plaza Sing . caught Despicable Me, had lunch then Fireworks with his family at the Esplanade . and ohh, not to mention Wicked Aura too (: i am deathly afraid of Monday . Grandmothers' been diagnose with cancer and will be undergoing surgery . and so i took the initiative to take off for that day . This is the month of Ramadhan and i hope all our prayers for her will be answered . Amin . on the otherhand, Grandfather; is being very stubborn . he is reaching his 90's soon and its obvious he's not very strong . his blood pressure hasnt been consistent and he still wants to push himself . he nearly fell twice due to dizzyness - which he refuse to admit - at the hospital . baby, is sick too . high fever . stubborn also, so sick still want to fast . so imagine the amount of worrying i'm going through . still, TGIF . photos of National Day, we wore Yellow instead of Red .
